The house

Gabin and Nicolas, two innkeepers on avenue de Versailles

Les Coltineurs is the story of two partners and true innkeepers, in the noblest sense of the word: people who love to feed, to serve and to welcome, and for whom a good meal is above all a moment shared.

In the kitchen

Gabin Jarry

Gabin picks the finest produce, as close to the seasons as possible, and cooks it with respect and generosity: honest, hearty plates with real flavour and real heart. He loves bringing land and sea together, from razor clams with chorizo to veal sweetbreads with blue lobster.

In the dining room

Nicolas Estivin

Nicolas has a natural gift for hospitality. He knows his regulars by name, finds the table that suits you, tells the story behind each dish and each winemaker, and makes sure every guest leaves wanting to come back.

Wines from small growers, chosen with care

Our wine list is devoted entirely to small, independent winemakers who farm and make their wines with care: Champagne, Loire, Burgundy, Beaujolais, Rhône, Languedoc and a few friends from Italy.

In the dining room, Nicolas loves to talk about the estates he pours: let him guide you to the right bottle for Gabin's cooking.
